Buddy has worked extensively with large corporations in corporate tax department efficiency enhancement projects involving technology and systems, process re-engineering and organisational structure. Buddy joined PwC in 1984 and has managed a number of the largest tax department outsourcing engagements in the US.

Buddy has both a BA in Accounting and Masters of Taxation from Georgia State University. He served a two year tour of duty from 1992 to 1994 in the office of the vice chairman for tax in strategic and operations planning.

Andy Morris

Andy is a corporate tax partner based in the UK. In 1997 he led a transformation programme in the UK which created a specialist compliance business operated through the UK compliance centre. Andy was responsible for the design, set up and operations of the centre through which he developed extensive knowledge in change management, workflow design, process technology and large project management.

Andy is a member of the GCS global executive. He has been instrumental in the development of our cross border proposition, and is currently responsible for customising these services to the needs of our major international clients.

Ian is head of the tax compliance centre in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Johannesburg office. He has extensive experience in the field of income tax, and specialises in advising domestic and multinational companies on income tax matters and the provision of income tax compliance services.

Ian serves a number of subsidiaries of international corporations in South Africa. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and holds a BCom (Hons) degree and a Higher Diploma in Tax Law.

Guy is a tax partner with over 20 years of experience in providing tax and business advisory services to a broad range of local and multinational clients, including companies in the utilities, retail, manufacturing, real estate, transportation, and hospitality industries. As well as working on international assignments, he also provides advice on Hong Kong and UK tax issues.

Guy is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants in England and Wales, and a member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. He holds a BSc degree in Computer Science and Accounting from Manchester University.

Betty Ann has over 15 years of professional experience providing corporate tax consulting services primarily for clients in the retail and consumer products industry. She has worked on various domestic, merger and acquisition and international tax transactions. She also has extensive experience in providing assistance to multinational companies with the preparation of tax provisions, including accounting for deferred taxes under FAS 109.

Betty Ann obtained her Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo. She is also a Chartered Accountant. She has lectured on various tax matters to the Tax Executives Institute and on international tax matters to the International Fiscal Association.

Bernardo has more than 19 years of tax experience. He has worked in the Salvador and Recife offices, where he was responsible for the tax practice and is presently based in São Paulo. Bernardo has much experience of working with large multinational corporations, in particular those operating in the CIPS industries.

Bernardo was admitted to the partnership in 2001, having started his professional carrier with PwC in 1987. He holds a degree in business administration and he is a Brazilian accountant.

Tony is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and has an MA from the University of Cambridge.
