The impact study will take us between 3 and 10 days depending on the complexity of your business and how well we know your company already.
We would start this with interview of your finance, logistics and commercial personnel to gain a picture of your business transactions.
We would then produce a manual. The manual, for each of your key transactions will give the compliance requirements and implementation step plan in diagrammatic format. We will present the manual through a workshop aimed at arming your staff with the information necessary to implement changes for each of your business transactions. The manual is finalised after the workshop, taking into account any comments your team may have.
