Our Tax practice has two distinct departments: tax services and company administration
services.
The Tax Service line provides direct tax services to companies and individuals
including withholding tax management and indirect tax products such as the VAT
and Custom and Excise Duty.
We, in addition to compliance work for our clients, provide tax planning services,
tax health checks/audits, client representation and negotiations for and on
behalf of our clients in both direct and indirect taxes.
Our client base is spread across multilateral business entities whose sphere
of business span many countries. This unique opportunity offers our staff the
requisite experience and tools to handle the multifaceted tax obligations of
our clients whilst taking advantage of any planning modules offered under any
tax jurisdiction.
