EU Accession Publications

After signing of the EU Accession Treaty on 25 April 2005 Bulgaria is expected to become a EU member on 1 January 2007.

EU Accession will impact a broad range of businesses, tax and legal issues. Businesses will have to analyse their operations, identify potential risks and opportunities arising from the complex EU rules and prepare for the challenges of EU Accession. The earlier the EU related specifics are planned and implemented by the business, the sooner the companies could take advantage of the Common European Market.

If you have any tax and customs related questions on the forth-coming changes and their impact on the business, please contact us.
