On March 2, 2005, the SEC announced that non-accelerated filers and foreign private issuers that file annual reports on Form 20-F or Form 40-F have been given a one-year extension to comply with the requirements of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Companies subject to this deferral must begin to comply fully with the internal control over financial reporting requirements established by Section 404 for their first fiscal year ending on or after July 15, 2006.
