The Innovation: “Helping Students Grow”
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is one of the largest employers of graduates in Cyprus and a keen supporter of the development of high school and university students.
During the last two years, our Human Capital Department has established a series of workshops and activities, which are designed specifically for students who look to pick up some valuable experience, learn and explore new things between leaving high school and going to university, or between leaving university and going to work. These initiatives have been part of PwC’s ongoing social contribution to its staff members and their families.
The Role of Human Capital Management
The integrity of any Corporate Social Responsibility action does not depend on flowery state mission statements, but on actual delivery, as illustrated in our student workshops page above. Human Capital Management’s involvement is critical in steering a company towards making socially responsible behaviour a reality.
