What kind of colleagues are we looking for to carry out our ambitious objectives? To be laconically short, I would say: just like the ones we have now.
But this statement would be both too brief and misleading, as they have become valuable partly in this challenging community where the objectives are clearly set and the means to realise them are provided.
I might list the 'hard' skills: IT background, fluency in English and professional qualifications, but the 'soft' side, the human features are equally significant: aptitude for maintenance of integrity, taking responsibilities and loyalty. Rewarding consists of not only offering a good living, but also promotions through a carefully and individually designed career management system. Our appraisal system and training programs, organisational structure and compensation strategy aim at the same objective that can be summarised as follows: achievements at individual and corporate level.
High standards of working conditions enable the colleagues to work in a pleasant atmosphere efficiently, which also contributes to deliver high quality services to clients.
