Genisis Park's co-founder and executive director is Bethann Brault. Bethann joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993 as a management consultant specialising in performance audits, financial analysis, and economic modeling. She also served as assistant chief of staff to the firm's chief executive. Brault holds degrees from Duke University.
Sue Bannatyne commenced her PwC career as an audit graduate in Vancouver, Canada and later moved to Melbourne, Australia where she was admitted to partnership in 1995. She has twice been elected to the Australian Firm's Board of Partners and co-created the "Young Leadership Team", a year-long leadership development program aimed at shaping and retaining high potential PwC managers. She joined the GP team in April 2008 to lead the Washington D.C. site.
Andrew Hollas is also a partner with Genesis Park. Having joined the firm in the UK in 1974, he spent most of his professional life in Africa where he was Territory Senior Partner of Africa Central from 1998 to 2006. Since 1999, Andrew has also been the Global Leader of the International Development Assistance Network. Andrew joined the Genesis Park team in October 2006 and he presided over the opening of the new Genesis Park site in Berlin which he now leads.
