Actuary / Director
Andrea has had more than fifteen years experience in financial services and actuarial consulting. She qualified as an actuary in 2002.

Her consulting assignments have included:
- valuation of, and advice to, superannuation schemes, including the implications of KiwiSaver
- spreadsheet and model design and review
- analysis and valuation of mortgage default risk
- valuation of long service leave and loyalty scheme liabilities
- electricity pricing
- unit pricing review and remediation
- review of forecasting and capacity management functions.
Andrea is a member of the NZ Society of Actuaries Entrants and Education Committee, convenor of the Society's External Relations Committee, the New Zealand delegate to the International Actuarial Association's Global Enterprise Risk Management Designation Initiative and a previous Management Committee member of Women in Super.
