Kirsten is an experienced Human Capital practitioner who specialises in working with clients to develop innovative and practical solutions which help drive business performance. With an academic background in Psychology and Business coupled with over 10 years working in leading global organisations, Kirsten's primary role is to assist clients to build Resilient organisations by developing programmes and initiatives that support business, human resource and organisational development objectives. Having initially worked in PwC's internal Human Capital team, Kirsten played a significant role in the delivery of Resilience programmes to PwC staff, and the alignment of Resilience concepts to the Firm's people strategy. More recently, she has designed and delivered comprehensive Resilience programmes to a range of clients in the telecommunications, banking, professional services and local government sectors.
Kirsten has a Masters degree in Psychology specialising in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Auckland, and has completed papers towards a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Auckland Business School. She is a trained Resilience facilitator and is accredited in the Human Synergistics LSI tools.
Scott specialises in human performance, specifically in assisting people to achieve sustained high performance in demanding work environments. He has consulted to a range of corporate organisations as well as elite and professional sports nationally and internationally over the past 10 years. Scott joined PwC to facilitate and develop of the firm’s leadership development and Resilience programs, facilitate wider culture change projects and conduct Human Capital reviews. Since joining Scott has worked with a number of the firms key clients in the Government and Private sectors on a range projects developing and implemented change strategies, delivering customised resilience - stress reduction programs and helping create high performance work environments.
Scott has a BSc in Psychology, a Masters degree in Physical Education and a PhD on stress and burnout from the University of Western Australia. He has published a number of research based articles on stress and coping, is a trained Resilience facilitator, accredited in the Saratoga Human Capital benchmarking.
Sven Hansen MBCHB, MBA
Sven has pioneered preventive health, stress mastery and emotional intelligence in New Zealand . Starting his career in Sports Medicine, Sven completed an MBA in 1993 and has focused his career on helping people build resilience into their lives and coaching organisations lift the engagement of leadership and culture. He works extensively in professional firms and banks across Australasia and regularly contributes to leadership forums and courses. Sven's work is distinguished by a focus on lifting the performance of people across all dimensions of life through an evidence-based, integral framework for activating the competencies of physical vitality, stress mastery, emotional intelligence and cognitive resilience.
Sven has completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery as well as an MBA in marketing, systems practice (TQM) & leadership. He is a regular presenter at the Auckland Business School Short Courses, Leadership Development Centre, NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and The Icehouse.
Nicky Benson BSc (Hons) Human Biology
Nicky is an experienced facilitator, business and executive coach. She specialises in assisting leaders to drive change and performance through their organisations and in developing flexibility and resilience in their own leadership style. She has credible experience in coaching senior leaders to achieve personal and professional goals, supporting leaders to develop highly effective teams, stress management and culture change.
Nicky has a BSc Hons in Human Biology, is a licensed HeartMath practitioner working in the area of heart intelligence, energy management and stress reduction, an accredited Coach and NLP practitioner.
