Provides an organisation's board of directors with an assessment of the existing corporate governance structures. The resulting report sets out recommendations to improve governance structures; suggests practical measures to increase accountability and transparency across the organisation; highlights steps that should be considered to enhance the quality and frequency of management information supplied to the board
Risk Management & Internal Control Evaluation
We work with the board and management to identify and measure the risks that they are facing. We assist in managing and mitigating these risks by evaluating the adequacy of the risk reporting and internal control procedures within the organisation. This provides the board and management with assurance on strategic and operational areas such as financial reporting, treasury management, statutory compliance and commercial activities.
