What does an HR Effectiveness review involve?

The review focuses on people productivity and capability as well as the effectiveness of the HR Function itself, using a methodology that directly identifies the connections between organisational performance and its people related activities. Our approach consists of the following stages:


When would a review be appropriate?
    • With the appointment of a new HR Director who quickly needs to understand the current HR and business priorities and make an impact
    • After a merger, acquisition, restructuring or other corporate activity has taken place
