Tim Herbert is a director in the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Auckland office where he takes an active role advising business owners with all aspects of business transition.
Tim takes particular interest working with private companies to:
- Groom their business for succession
- Formulate strategic and business plans (including early stage)
- Analyse and develop their business case
- Assist with financial modelling requirements
- Determine and implement appropriate incentive schemes for management and key people
- Explore opportunities for growth
- Undertake due diligence on business opportunities
- Attend to accounting and taxation needs
Tim has also presented to a wide variety of audiences on topics including preparing your business for investment, succession planning and due diligence.
