Murray specialises in a range of transaction-related assignments, with a primary focus on both sell-side and buy-side M&A lead advisory. Murray also has extensive experience in valuations, distressed M&A, and corporate refinancing/capital restructuring advice.
Murray has more than 14 years business experience, including 11 years in corporate finance and transaction advisory roles. Murray gained significant experience in complex cross border M&A transactions during his five years in the UK, advising clients (principally Private Equity clients) on transactions in Europe, Asia and the United States.
